Lawn clean ups in Wilmington, NC
Leaves, pine straw and storm debris cleared and hauled off. Fall, spring, or a one-time visit after something comes down.
Quick quote
Five boxes and you are done. Most quotes go back out the same day.
Cape Fear yards make a lot of debris
Live oaks, longleaf pines and a hurricane season. Wilmington's leaf drop stretches from late October into January because the oaks hold on so long, which is why a single November cleanup usually is not enough.
A mat of wet leaves left over warm-season turf blocks light, traps moisture against the crown and invites fungus. In a shaded yard it thins the lawn badly enough that you are plugging or reseeding in spring.

Fall and spring clean ups
Fall clean up
- Leaves removed from turf, beds and around the foundation
- Pine straw pulled or refreshed, your call
- Gutters cleared of leaf pack if you want it on the same visit
- Beds cut back and edged
- Everything hauled off — no bags left at the curb
Spring clean up
Winter debris cleared, beds re-edged, dead growth cut back and fresh pine straw or mulch laid before the growing season starts. Doing it before the first mow of the year makes every cut after it easier.
Storm debris
After a named storm or a hard summer squall we clear limbs, branches, blown-in debris and the shredded leaf litter that comes with it. We are not a tree service — anything needing a climber or a crane, we will say so and point you to someone who does that work.
Flat quotes, not hourly
Priced on lot size, tree cover and how much is already down. Send a couple of photos with the form and we can usually quote it without driving out.
The two-pass question
If your yard has mature oaks, one clean up in November means doing it again in January anyway. Two scheduled passes cost less than one clean up plus an emergency call, and the lawn comes out of winter in far better shape.
Common questions
When should I book a fall clean up?
Get on the calendar by early October. The first two weeks of December are the busiest stretch of our year and we do fill up.
Do you do pine straw installation?
Yes. We can pull old straw and lay fresh long-needle straw as part of a clean up, priced by the bale plus labor.
What about the leaves in my gutters?
Single-story gutters, yes, as an add-on to a clean up. Two-story with a steep roof pitch we will pass on and tell you why.
Can you come out after a storm?
We prioritize existing customers first, then work down the list. Send photos with the form and we can usually quote without driving out.
